About Options of Ethanol System

Recently, we made a proposal for a customer, he wants a 1000L (-70℃) ethanol extraction system, same with the 300L system, the main parts are pre-cooling part, extraction tank, filtration part, and two stage evaporators. We also have the following parts can be the choices for the ethanol system.

1. Ethanol collection and recovery de-solvent part

This is the layout of de-solvent device; it can recover the ethanol in the spent biomass. As for a big system, it is a necessary option, but it’s ok if you don’t need it.

2. Ethanol Distillation. (It’s a large one just for your reference)

It’s a distiller for improving purify of the ethanol, the principle is remove the water in the low grade ethanol. (You should make sure there is no other solvent in the low grade ethanol if you want to buy them.)

3. Lifter, hopper and feeder of biomass.

This is the biomass lifter, it’s like a simple elevator in the mall, materials can be placed on it, people can also stand on it, and then raised to the operating platform.

4. Boiler.

Boiler just like a steam generator, gas boilers save operating costs.

5. Wiped Film. (It’s just a picture for your reference, not the wiped film match for 1000L system)

We have never sell the built-in wiped film before, but we will focus on selling systems that include the wiped film since this year. We will match up with a two stage wiped film in 1000l system, the customer need not transfer the crude oil into wiped film by manual.
